From Ghent we are the nearest Flemish workshop that repairs consoles at board level. If you work nearby or drive to the coast you can drop it off yourself; sending it by post works just as well.

How it works from Ghent
- You register the repair with the form and describe the fault in your own words.
- Within one working day you get an email explaining how to pack and send the console. Shipping is insured, both ways.
- We open it, measure the board and tell you what is broken and what it costs. We only start after you say yes.
- After the repair we test it for hours and send it back to Ghent. 12 months warranty on the work.

The workshop is at Stadenstraat 35, 8610 Zarren, 70 kilometres from Ghent, about fifty minutes by car via the E40. You are welcome Monday to Thursday 9:00 to 18:00, Friday 9:00 to 16:00 and Saturday 9:00 to 18:00.

Why a specialised workshop
We do not swap entire motherboards and we do not outsource anything. The HDMI port, the HDMI chip or a burnt trace is repaired in-house, with new parts and under the microscope. If the price after diagnosis does not suit you, we simply send the console back.
